Our app serves to answer technical questions, create individual articles, and provide personalized content.
a) Registration / Login
- First and last name (if provided)
- Email address
- Username
- Password (stored encrypted)
b) Payment Processing
For paid features we use the external payment provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Payment processing is handled directly via Stripe and protected by the highest security standards (PCI DSS Level 1). Your full payment details are not stored on our servers.
c) User Generated Content
When you create content such as articles, we process them.
d) Technical Data / App Usage
When using the app, technical data is collected automatically.
e) Anonyme Suchanalyse
Wenn Sie zustimmen, speichern wir Suchbegriffe, Sprache, Zeitpunkt, Ergebnisart und eine anonyme lokale Session-ID. Namen, E-Mail-Adressen und IP-Adressen werden dabei nicht im Suchprotokoll gespeichert. Die Auswertung dient ausschließlich der Verbesserung der Suche und Inhalte.
e) Camera and Photos (Camera Permission)
Our app can, if you agree, access the camera and photo gallery of your device (android.permission.CAMERA). This is necessary so that you can add pictures to your projects, guides or community posts, for example. The taken or selected pictures are only used for the functions you have chosen within the app. We do not pass these pictures on to uninvolved third parties without your explicit consent.
We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purposes.
Personal data is only passed on to third parties if necessary.
We currently do not use tracking services like Google Analytics or Google Maps. Google services are used exclusively for authentication (login).
We only use technically necessary cookies (e.g. for login and language settings). No tracking or marketing cookies are used.
Optionale Analysefunktionen werden erst nach aktiver Zustimmung über den Cookie-Hinweis genutzt. Bei Auswahl „Nur notwendige“ wird kein Suche-Tracking gespeichert.
